Management Team

Tom Schoen - President
Mr. Schoen has over 21 years of software development and development management experience.  Prior to joining BTM, Mr. Schoen worked as a Vice President at St Paul Travelers Insurance, Director of Software Engineering at Retek, Inc., Director of Information Systems at First Data Bank (Health care), and over 11 years working with the US Navy as a civilian (several software development positions).  Mr. Schoen has a BS of Electrical Engineering from Marquette University.

Andy Huynh - Founder / Chief architect
Mr. Huynh has over 12 years of experience in area of Retail application development and implementation of large scale ERP applications.  Prior co-founding BTM International Software, Mr. Huynh served as Sr. Software Architect for Retek Inc., one of his successes was re-platform one of Retek product to be able run on (Oracle, DB2 and Teradata) databases.  Mr. Huynh also worked with many Retek clients worldwide on implement Retek products and also supports technical pre-sale process for Retek sale team.  Mr. Huynh has a BS in Electrical Engineer and Computer Science from University of Minnesota.
