Management Team

Tom Schoen - President
Mr. Schoen has over 21 years of software development and development management experience.  Prior to joining BTM, Mr. Schoen worked as a Vice President at St Paul Travelers Insurance, Director of Software Engineering at Retek, Inc., Director of Information Systems at First Data Bank (Health care), and over 11 years working with the US Navy as a civilian (several software development positions).  Mr. Schoen has a BS of Electrical Engineering from Marquette University.

Andy Huynh - Founder and Chief Manager
Mr. Huynh has over 16 years of experience in retail applications development and in implementations of large-scale ERP applications. Prior to co-founding BTM, Mr. Huynh served as Sr. Software Architect at Retek Inc. One of his successes there was re-platforming a mission-critical Retek product so that it would run on a variety of databases including Oracle, DB2 and Teradata. Mr. Huynh has also directly worked with many Retek clients worldwide implementing several Retek products and supporting technical pre-sales. Mr. Huynh has a BS in Electrical Engineer and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
